We were collected from our hotel on time and visited the Hipodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia Mosque and the Topkapi Palace. Our quote Erkan was brilliant, making sure we knows where we were going at all times, and also guiding us to avoid queues where possible. He had a superb knowledge of the locations and was also able to put everything into context of 5000 years of history. He made sure we found a great place for lunch (The Pudding Club, which was a great venue visited twice by Bill Clinton- once as a backpacker and again as President) On six hours, we had an hour in each mosque and two hours at the palace. What we loved was that he gave us time to explore the museum galleries on our own, but always gave is the context first Highly highly recommended!

Our tour guide was Omar and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and taught us a lot about the Ottoman Empire. He managed to get us into all the major sites quickly. We visited the Ayasofya, Sultan Ahmed Mosque (Blue Mosque), Topkapi Palace, and Grand Bazaar. We also stopped by a rug maker by Omar's recommendation and they had beautiful handmade rugs at a relatively affordable cost compared to other places I've been to. All and all, it is not enough to see all of Istanbul in half a day or even a full day but this tour gives you a good understanding of the city's history, culture, and beautiful sights.

The tour was amazing and a wonderful experience. We got to see various historical sites and took many pictures. Our guide, Musa, was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much about the sites. He was very detailed and explained everything so vividly- I know I won’t forget those small details. We were able to do some shopping at the Grand Bazaar and it was nice to have someone with you for translation. I would definitely do this tour again. Overall, excellent customer service!
