Experience the Bario's of Bonaire with an accurate narrative on the lifestyle of the local Bonairian's. Travel through 2 neighborhoods where your guide will describe local architecture and enjoy a local lunch. Prior to the tour start, we will discuss the type of lunch each member is interested in and the lunch location will then be chosen. A wonderful way to learn about the local of Bonaire away from the tourist locations. The tour will operate with a minimum of 2 persons per booking.

Traveler pickup is offered

CRUISE PASSENGERS - Please find the TOURISM INFORMATION booth, which is just outside of the arrival pier security check point gate. Your guide will be standing near that booth holding a white board with your name on it. Pick up starts 15 minutes prior to the specified tour start time.
*If the published tour start time does not coincide with your ship arrival time - please contact me for adjusted pickup time.

  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
  • This experience requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.

We had such a great time on this tour the first time that we booked a second tour to try more local food shack treasures and also to learn more about this special island. We now frequent several featured spots visited, as they are now some of our favorite food and chill spots on the island. Not to be missed, and a great change from higher priced dining in the city centre.
