They canceled the transportation just hours before they were supposed to pick us up. I had rented the largest van possible for two people and 5 pieces of luggage. The message said I had too many bags for only two people and they refused to transport us and told me to find a different alternative. I ordered an Uber that came no problem for half the price! I need a refund of this immediately and compensation for the inconvenience and panic that it caused at 5 AM on the morning I’m leaving trying to get to the airport.
