  • Please note: you must pre book return pick up time with the supplier. Last minute time changes are not possible.
  • Waiting charges: 30 minutes free waiting time available at the attraction or 10 minutes free waiting time available at the Hotel from the schedule pick up time. There after £6 for every 15 minutes. Waiting charges are payable to driver as a cash payment.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
