    I barely know where to start. We are a group of 4 New Zealanders who are well traveled. Our ⁰ Tammaro gave us the most compelling & interesting tour any of us have ever experienced. His knowledge as an art historian & archeology graduate was detailed but riveting. The stories he told around the background to the the construction of the building & the detail around social history & customs of the period were enthralling. He was totally passionate about his subject & although he says he's not an actor, he would be an asset to any theatre company. We could write pages on Maurizio's tour & it still wouldn't do him justice. Just go on his tour !!

    We took other guided tours in Paris and this was, by far, the best. Maurizio, our tour guide, was amazing. My wife and I took the tour with my two kids, 10 and 13 year old. Maurizio was very knowledgeable and engaging with my kids. We learned so much about the opera and had a great time. There was some acting to reinforce some of the information which made the tour very fun. I typically do not write reviews, but went out of my way to write this one because of the superb tour.

    The Opera Garnier is immaculate. We loved our tour guide Maurizio. He was energetic, interesting, gave great recommendations for Paris, and you can tell he has great respect for Charles Garnier. We’re really glad we decided to do a tour instead of the self-guided audio tour.
