The group I reserved this service for had to take an uber because they didn't receive any communication from Viator regarding where to meet the vehicle. They tried calling the phone number and no one answered. Terrible experience!! Will never use again. Now l have the hassle of trying to get a refund.

We had reservations for a 15 Passenger van, I received a text from a local driver three hours prior to the Scheduled pick up time, that the van that was scheduled to pick us up from the Airport had been in involved in an accident the night before. OK.. I understand accidents happen .. it’s the reaccommodations that disturbed my spirit .. they send 2 SUV to pick us.. a few of the ladies ended up take an Uber due to a lack of room, a couple of the ladies had to stayed at the airport until the first set was dropped .. As of now #24hours later nobody has called me from Viator ( the company we paid) to apologize or talk about the fair difference.. Inconvenience services with an high lack of communication..
