Our driver will pick you up at the accommodation address that you provide on your reservation.
You will meet your driver at the lobby of your hotel or in front of the main door of your accommodation. In the FoxTown factory outlet you will have 4 hours of time to spend in complete relaxation and serenity.
Please, provide the name of your hotel/accommodation centrally located, the pickup time you have chosen among those ones indicated. Don't forget to call the agency the day before to confirm the pickup time.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
- For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
- If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
- Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
- Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
