You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our transfer was perfect. Oscar our driver was very nice, he was so easy to find at the airport and it was a great ride. We will definitely be booking with this company again! Highly recommend!

Could not ask for my Moses was waiting for us at Arrivals. He made the call and the car was driven around to the door, l we all climbed inv and were presented with cold water and cold beer. The car was comfortable and Moses provided a great introduction to our holidays. Welcome to Costa Rica !
