Really great way to spend a day, fun and interactive and has a great balance that makes both adults and children (our son turned 11 that day) stay engaged and really think. Great pub recommendation at clue 10 which rather handily happened to be where we were standing just as the heavens opened. Spent a good hour or so in there by the fireplace! If we had told our son we were spending two hours walking round the city we would have been met with lots of moing and groaning but going on a treasure hunt tour he was engaged and chatty the whole way round!

Decided this was how we were going to spend our Saturday morning. Treasure hunt in Manchester and we’ve both always lived here. We were a bit skeptical that we were just going to see the arndale and the cathedral but it was nothing of the sort. Fantastic day out. Took 2 and a half hours with a stop for a beer and some nibbles. We found some really interesting spots and really enjoyed actually taking in our surroundings. We will be 100% be looking for more activities like this and plan to do something like this in neighbouring cities. Top Tip - make sure your phone is charged and we swapped phones to do clues to reserve our battery life Take a drink for your walking, most of it’s outside and it’s Manchester so maybe a coat or umbrella too.

Such a great activity for team days/team building. We were fortunate with the weather which made it even better. Only downside was the lovely pub on the canal (recommended stop for a breather) was shut at the time we did it which was a shame as it looked lovely!
