Private Shuttle Services Oneway Ride

4 of us girls went to Cabo to wedding venue shop for my cousins wedding in 2026! Found this company vía internet and so VERY thankful we did! ???????? Alberto was our driver and he was AMAZING!!!!! On time, professional, kind, accommodating, and communicative! We had the BEST experience, Alberto was accommodating, took us to all of the places we needed to be, on time and made sure we were VERY comfortable the whole time. If you’re looking for a private driving service you can trust and feel 100% safe with, this is your company!! We hope to hire these guys for the wedding and Alberto will be the brides Driver!!! We visited Cabo in December for Christmas and that trip ended with them forgetting about us. The pickup wasn’t the issue however our return trip to the airport is another story. Our pick up time came and gone. We had to call the pick up company and they said they had no pick up info. They said the have bad communication with Viator and they blamed Viator for dropping the ball. We had 2 small children traveling with my wife and I, the reason why we even booked a private shuttle was because we needed car seats. 5 min after I made the call the shuttle was there but with no car seats. Needless to say I paid for service that I didn’t get. The shuttle drive said I didn’t have a pick up and I was cleaning my van when they called me. So let’s talk about the drive to the airport. I guess dispatch told the driver they were late so the drive was driving like he was apart of the fast and furious crew and mind you he’s driving like this without the car seats we ordered. Needless to say we were very disappointed. They blamed. Viator and Viator blamed the shuttle service. At the end of the day do your do diligence don’t get bamboozled like we did. Paid for service we never got.

There are no words to explain how thankful I am for Armando and his team. His attention to detail, attentiveness, and kindness all weekend was exceptional. We hired his team for my sisters wedding all weekend and all of the transportation was seamless with no issues. The transportation schedule was perfect. They are the most kind team I have ever worked with. I highly recommend them. Their sprinters and SUVS are very clean and also have refreshments to greet your guests. Thank you Armando for going above and beyond for my sisters wedding, I couldn’t have done it without your help, knowledge, and attentiveness. You guys are simply THE BEST! 100/10!!
