We visited Cabo in December for Christmas and that trip ended with them forgetting about us. The pickup wasn’t the issue however our return trip to the airport is another story. Our pick up time came and gone. We had to call the pick up company and they said they had no pick up info. They said the have bad communication with Viator and they blamed Viator for dropping the ball. We had 2 small children traveling with my wife and I, the reason why we even booked a private shuttle was because we needed car seats. 5 min after I made the call the shuttle was there but with no car seats. Needless to say I paid for service that I didn’t get. The shuttle drive said I didn’t have a pick up and I was cleaning my van when they called me. So let’s talk about the drive to the airport. I guess dispatch told the driver they were late so the drive was driving like he was apart of the fast and furious crew and mind you he’s driving like this without the car seats we ordered. Needless to say we were very disappointed. They blamed. Viator and Viator blamed the shuttle service. At the end of the day do your do diligence don’t get bamboozled like we did. Paid for service we never got.
