Reserved and paid in advance on Viator for a private shuttle with driver meeting us at Baltra/Seymour Airport. Driver did not show which left us at a place with no wifi or cellular coverage. Company contacted us after we arranged other transportation, an hour later than scheduled pickup, to say they had a problem with the driver. We have requested a full refund and if not received will dispute CC charge as 'service not provided.' I do not recommend booking this transfer from Baltra to Puerto Ayora.

Excellent service! We were met at baggage claim and taken directly to get our tickets for the bus ride to the ferry. The driver loaded our bags on the bus for us while we did this. He rode the bus and the ferry with us and took care of our bags at each step. The ferry price was included in the booking price. After we got across the channel he took us directly to his vehicle. Vehicle was clean and well maintained. During the 40 minute drive to the hotel the driver pointed out sights on the way. The driver also called the hotel so that the hotels water shuttle would be ready as we got to the dock in Puerto Ayora. Absolutely would book this service again. It made the whole process very easy and stress free.
