  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Driver was waiting for us. Took our bags and straight to his car. He was very personable and made our drive very comfortable in a thunderstorm with much traffic.

Our driver waited patiently for almost 2 hours because our disembarkation from the ship was so chaotic. We communicated by text and he assured me there was no problem and to let him know when we were exiting the terminal. Then he was there with our name. He loaded our vehicle,, which was extremely comfortable, and clean, and we were off to our hotel. You can rely on this company for excellent service.

Good communication with provider, pickup from cruise port went as planned. However, there are many other options.
