My friends and I took a sunset tour with Salty Cabo, I can’t say enough about the experience! Paola was our host, she was awesome, full of knowledge about the local area and the ocean and the animals in it, she also makes a killer margarita! The drinks were endless, the cheese and charcuterie was delicious and the sunset was something out of a movie and with the Salty Cabo Sunset playlist going, we had quite the ocean party! I can’t wait to go again next week :)

All we can say is “Wow!” We headed out looking for what we could find and very quickly saw a shark fin. It only got better as our excellent guide Paula and great captain Hollywood spotted the spouts of humpback whales in the distance! We boated closer to see two dolphins leading a mother humpback with her calf. While watching them we saw the mother roll and eventually breach not once but three times!! Maybe because today was Mother!s Day. Paula’s combination of enthusiasm and naturalist knowledge was extraordinary. She was genuinely excited about the whales, and enthusiastically shared her info, maps, and vast knowledge with us all throughout the trip. Our boat captain Hollywood was gracious, experienced and fun. They were a great team together.

We booked a private sunset cruise while in San Jose del Cabo celebrating a milestone birthday. Paola was our host and the boat was captained by Captain Hollywood. We had the most incredible evening cruising along the coast. Paola made provided us with delicious cocktails and snacks and was so informative about our questions about both the land and the sea. She and Captain Hollywood were able to spot 2 adults and 1 baby whale swimming together which was one of the highlights of our entire trip. I would not hesitate to book a cruise with Salty Cabo again in the future!
