Our driver James was absolutely wonderful! He knows Niagara so well and knew exactly where to go and how long things would take. The day was seamless thanks to him. My family enjoyed seeing the falls (we did the water walk and the behind the falls adventure). James was able to fast track us on the behind the falls tour. We booked those items separately with the tour company directly. We ate at the revolving restaurant. The views were awesome and my boys liked the novelty of it but the service and food were lacking (as to be expected from a tourist trap). James knew exactly where to go and was an excellent driver. The vehicle was clean, comfortable and had waters for us.
