We arranged a private tour to do the Hai Van Pass. Communication to arrange the tour was great and we were able to customise the tour even down to pick up time and choose what we wanted to see which was fabulous. Tuan and Dan were great guides and very safe drivers. We enjoyed many laughs, ate a delicious lunch and saw amazing scenery. This was absolutely the highlight of our Vietnam trip so far and would highly recommend this for everyone.

We booked a private tour from Hue to Hoi An at tsm Tours Hue. At 11 pm I asked for an offer and surprisingly they answered one minute later. I didn't expect such a fast answer in the middle of the night. Tsm Tours organized everything really fine. They sent me a remember message via whatsapp half an hour before the driver picked us up in time at the hotel. Tri was a very good driver and spoke good English. He fulfilled our sightseeing wishes and alway tried to make sure we are okay. At our hotel in Hoi An he gave us a present from tsm. We honestly recommend tsm Tours.

Having been to Hoi An twice before, and Hue once, I wanted something a little different for my trip from Hue to Hoi An. I reached out to Tran and Son at TSM for a quote for several days (return airport transfers, Hoi An/My Son/Ba Na Hills/Da Nang tour, Hoi An to Hue, Hue day tour, and Hue to Hoi An). They were quick to respond and price was very reasonable. Despite not requiring a guide, and just wanting a driver, in Son I received an amazing guide. For the Hue to Hoi An trip the itinerary I asked for was: o Làng cổ Phước Tích - Phuoc Tich Ancient village o Lang Co. Beach – back along the coast line from ancient village (via Thuan An Beach) o Drop-off at Hoi An hotel. Son took me to these locations, and then some, showing me other local destinations on the way, well off the tourist track. He stopped when I asked, did not rush me, and was generous with his time. He made sure my dietary restriction was catered to at lunch, and I enjoyed sharing local food with him. Cannot speak highly enough of these two, just amazing customer service.
