    This tour can be start at any location in and around Amsterdam or Schiphol airport. We will pick you up from your hotel or any given address. This listing claims to offer a guided tour, but by "guided" they don't actually mean they'll provide you with someone who gives you information. They provided a driver. That was it. They also didn't provide an itinerary, and so despite me informing them that I had three particular places I wanted to go, they ended up only taking my group to two of them, which forced me to pay extra and find time I hadn't planned on the next day to get my group to the third location. They also make you purchase all of your own tickets, but don't provide information like the time of day to purchase a timed entry ticket, or the price for tickets that don't have to be purchased in advance. Also, they apparently had zero plans for us to have lunch during an 8 hour tour (they specifically used our request about stopping somewhere for lunch as an excuse for failing to provide the full outing I had booked). This is the most I've paid for a tour like this to get the least service I've ever been offered in any country I've visited.
