We just got back from our private tour of Évora and Monsaraz, with Vitor P., and I must tell you that we had an amazing time! Évora and Monsaraz are both well worth the time to see, and the cork, olive and winery visits were wonderful additions to the day's schedule. The places were wonderful,, but Vitor himself is a key part of what made the day special. He is friendly, knowledgeable, funny, and flexible about timing and even accommoding the group likes & priorities. I happily give this trip 5 stars, and highly recommend others to take this tour!
