I incorrectly booked the tour for Mon July 3 instead of July 7 and was NOT given any consideration to change that date even tho I contacted them within 10 mins of booking the wrong date. Even airlines give you 24 hours to detect such an error and correct it. I hardly call that service. Emails back and forth but no leniency!!!! I would NEVER again book with Amigo through Headout as they are money grabbing, not customer service oriented and not really interested in having you tour with them as long as you pay! BEWARE!!
