Michael was great. He’s extremely knowledgeable. He’s an artist himself, which differentiates him from many guides, who are typically art historians. The variety of perspective was interesting. Highly recommend. The museum is fabulous with tons of great works. FYI - the Night Watch is under renovation now, but you can see it as they do the work.

The museum is very large and without a wonderful guide like Michael it would be impossible to navigate. This was a fantastic experience. You got to see Rembrandt’s most famous paintings and why he was a fantastic painter. Because of Michael we got to know Rembrandt’s life and why he ended up bankrupt. Great experience overall!

Our recent Rijksmuseum tour with Micheal. was perfect! He showed us everything we wanted to see plus many things that he knew would be of interest based on our taste. He has such a depth of knowledge about the museum. It was a great building block for the rest of our tour. Hope to visit your country again sometime and to experience it through Amsterdam Experiences
