The driver took us through many sights of London in addition to the amazing Christmas light streets that we would not have seen.

We booked and paid (in full in advance) for this tour to see the christmas lights on our first night in London. My children were very excited as we waited for the cab to collect us from the hotel as arranged. But alas they never arrived. After phoning the help line a few times and getting no response we eventually managed to make contact with them via an online chat. Eventually they said sorry but the tour operator was too busy so they didn't arrive. Very disappointing!! I did receive a full refund but I was very concerned the whole thing was a scam.

Andrew was a fabulous guide. He was able to make each of our family members happy by infusing some rock and roll stories along with the Christmas lights. He was extremely accommodating and kind.
