Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Begin your Lombok & Gilis Vacation with the right start, with a comfortable and convenience Private Transfer Service from Lombok International Airport to your hotel or private residence with friendly, professional, competent and reliable english speaking driver. The chauffeurs are carefully selected for their professionalism, knowledge and discretion. Once you have booked you will receive a confirmation and our Driver will meet you at the arrivals area where they will escort you to your vehicle. You will be then be driven to your destination. You can also book for your return trip back to Lombok Airport as well as we operate in both directions.

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of one suitcase and one carry-on bag.
You must advise at the time of booking if you will be carrying any additional or oversize luggage items such as wheelchair, stroller, surfboards, & golf clubs.
Extra charges will apply and must be paid locally.
Price is per person, maximum 4 adults based on 1 vehicle.
Important information on arrival : the clients have to proceed to the exit to the Arrival hall after collecting the luggage In the event of couldn't find their name on the signage, please proceed and wait at THE FLIGHT INFORMATION DESK, our airport representative will meet them at the meeting point. Please do not accept any offer from the local taxi driver or legal transport company around the arrival hall. Once, the clients accepted the offer there will be NO REFUND For this Private Transfer, we advise you to call or Whatsapp the Local transport representative if you could not meet with the transfer assistance at remote airports or busy hours maximum 90 minutes after your exact pick up time before leaving the Airport/Port/Residence. Otherwise your transfer may counted as No Show of yours and refund may not apply (Non Refundable).
Full cancellation applies in the event of No Show.

You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
