Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Book a private airport transfer from Heathrow Airport to London with a professional chauffeur driver. Meet and greet service with your name board provided to customers at the arrivals terminal at Heathrow Airport for the Arrival transfer.
Customers may arrange a return journey back to the Airport by choosing to book a Departure transfer service.

We will send a 2nd confirmation including meeting point and pickup time information 48 hours prior to your pickup date.
Adult pricing applies to all passengers and all taxes and fees included.
Infant seats are available on request if advised at time of booking.
Collapsible wheelchairs with removable wheels can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark
Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
Waiting charges: 25 minutes free waiting time available from the time you request your pick up time at the Airport. Thereafter £10.00 charge applies for every additional 15 minutes.
Hotel / Accommodation pick up : 10 minutes free waiting time available.
Leaving your pickup point with another operator without contacting us 1st will result in non refundable cancellation.
If passengers think , they may need longer time than pre-requested pickup time, They must contact us within 40 minutes from flight landing time so we can keep driver waiting. If we did not hear from passenger after 90 minutes from flight landed time, booking will be result in passenger no show non refundable cancellation.
Waiting charges, last minutes vehicle upgrade charges or Christmas day, Boxing day, New years day 50% surcharge is payable to driver as a cash payment.
If passengers can not locate a driver, They must call us before leaving the pickup point. We will help you to locate your driver.
If you have a health condition that you think the driver should be aware of, Please mention this during the booking process.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The company called the day before to remind us to be out front as it was difficult to find space to pick us up. Our driver was prompt and had plenty of space for four adults, three children, and all of our luggage (six large suitcases, five carryons, and seven backpacks!) We arrived at the correct terminal at Heathrow.

My transfer left us without transportation or assistance at Heathrow London Airport. He didn't return the transfer money without giving us the service. Unpresentable company, very careful with them!!!!!
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
