Once we located the correct vendor, everything was very good. The gentleman got us in a car quickly and on our way to the resort.

Excellent service, we didn't struggle to find them at the airport and they took us to our hotel quickly. A week later the private taxi arrived a few minutes early to wait for us at our hotel so as soon as we checked out he took us back to the airport, a very efficient and friendly service.

We paid you for a service we did not get. We arrived to only be shoved into a timeshare/membership booth by your employees. Then, no one could tell us where to go so were felt like we were left to the wolves. We ended up in a tight fitting taxi ride that we could have paid $24 for round trip. No Cozushuttle came at all that we were promised.
