  • We are waiting in the airport 1 hour after your booked time, and we will reach you by phone and the text messages. We are following your flight number, if you have indicated it correctly. After 1h of waiting, if we could not reach you, the transfer will be considered no-show.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Booked airport transfer. Driver did not show up when we landed. Contacted tour company, who was cooperative and sent a replacement driver. New driver was great. However, we were delayed an hour past the booked pickup time, which was frustrating.
