  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The driver never showed. Call company twice no one could communicate with me. Another company helped me and call. They was told the ride was canceled and I will receive a refund in two days. They canceled me. This is so bad of a company.
