Communication and preparation for transfer was good. Our driver was very kind and knowledgeable. The biggest disappointment was that after confirming with the tour operator twice that a toddler car seat would be installed and ready upon arrival to the airport, upon meeting the driver, the first thing he mentioned was he forgot the car seat. Not the news we wanted to hear after a 15 hour flight to a new country.

The service was very reliable with a clean and tidy vehicle. Friendly service and pleasant ride. There were no issues in the prick up and on arrival we were assisted with baggage.
