DAYTRIP car service was beyond expectation. We were impressed with the ease of making the reservation, the prompt replies to all questions, quality of the vehicle (Mercedes - we were even upgraded to a van), driver Ramin's timeliness, ability and professionalism and the frequent emails confirming our upcoming trip. No pasaron por las pasajeras para su traslado, estuvieron hablando al telefono del trasladista y nunca contesto. 8 horas despues me llamo el chofer para confirmarme el servicio, le avise que era a las 10:00 y que tuvieron que tomar un taxi para poder llegar a su destino. Necesito que se me reembolse la cantidad pagada.
