Once he arrived, it was fine. The van was clean and the driver gave us water which was appreciated. The drivers late arrival caused us more anxiety which was our problem not his.

Reliable, courteous, and great communication! Our flight was 40 minutes early, which the driver checked and arrived early as well. Very conscientious!
