The driver did not show up until I called, when all other drivers stood there with client names displayed for easy identification. Not a word of greeting makes it feeling like dealing with a robot. Unfriendly and plastic service.

The driver met us after a short wait. Driver was talking to a gentleman as he was heading our way. I approached to let him know the person on the board was me and I was rudely told to wait while he finished his conversation with the gentleman who was trying to locate his driver (note this conversation had been going on for sometime as the driver was coming in our direction). This was very off putting as we had already been waiting and he could have been a bit friendlier and told the non customer to wait a moment while he greeted us. We were the paying guest afterall. Once in the car the driver was friendlier but the mood had already been set. We arrived safely at our hotel.

Driver spoke no English and it would have been better. Next time send an English speaking person. It’s London after all!
