We are happy to accommodate foldable wheelchairs when the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist with boarding and disembarking the vehicle.
Each traveler is allowed 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excess luggage (e.g., surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may be subject to restrictions. Please contact the operator prior to travel to confirm whether your excess luggage is permitted.

This is a private service, and only members of your party will participate.
In case of a flight delay, the driver will monitor the flight and be at the airport at the updated arrival time.
Any changes to the flight number, and consequently to the arrival time, must be communicated at least 24 hours prior to the original arrival time.
In the event of a flight diversion to an alternate airport, the pre-booked transfer from Pisa Airport will be canceled and is non-refundable.
In the event of a canceled or missed flight, the transfer will not be provided and will be non-refundable. If you arrive on a new flight with a revised pick-up time, you will need to book a new transfer.
The duration of transfers is approximate; the exact time will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions.
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
