Driver stayed in communication to report he may be late due to an accident. As far as I was concerned he was still prompt since I only had to wait 3 minutes at most. He was professional & friendly. He had sent me the information on what exit to meet him at which conflicted with what the MTO office sent. His information was better & was closest to where my baggage claim was. After putting my luggage in the trunk he added an outside bike hitch to the back of the car & he said this way no one will try to steal my luggage since it was almost midnight.
