The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

Great transfer! Miranda was perfect. Got us to Stonehenge as it opened avoiding athe crowds and made our cruise departure time with time to spare.

We (two adult couples) flew into LHR from Chicago and met our driver outside of baggage claim. The beautiful new van was a short walk away. Jose was very helpful and polite. We drove to Stonehenge and did a tour around that site - worth it. Then he drove us to Southampton for our cruise tomorrow. We had a very difficult time getting into our overnight apartment and Jose really helped us. He even let us use his phone as ours was having connection issues to the internet. Thanks Jose!!!

We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
