We, 7 friends (4 rooms), stayed at the Imserso for a week, I have to confess that I arrived a little scared by the negative comments about the hotel and the surprise was how well they treated us, the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general. , the food buffet was good for a 3-star hotel, varied and well cooked, the dining room employees, cooks and waiters were very attentive, the entertainment service was great every night, the bar waitresses took great care of us, the three, the negative, the waiter Antonio (Ronda) bad, bad. The rooms with antique furniture, the bathtub with a curtain, a key to open the door, which I suppose will improve over time, but I insist that good cleanliness of the room is important. When we arrived we asked if we could have rooms with sea views and they gave us all of them on the same floor, the pool was very good although there was no time to swim and to highlight the kindness of Mikaela at reception and Elías in the dining room. As for the noise, every day there was a lot of youth but since they came tired from Port Aventura they left early and didn't bother us much, when we went up to the room after the entertainment we couldn't hear anything. In short, I wouldn't mind spending a few days at the hotel again.

We used Bukap for all of our transfers in Colombia. They were extremely responsive and professional. They had great communication through WhatsApp. Our driver Hader was excellent he was a very safe driver. His car was well maintained and the air conditioned. Would highly recommended to anyone traveling in Colombia
