We were on a cruise to celebrate my parent's 50th wedding anniversary and we used Tegan to take pictures while our cruise ship stopped in Victoria for a few hours. I could not be more pleased with the how the whole process went from booking the shoot to receiving the pictures. I loved how the website gives you ideas for locations and describes the settings so that we could choose a place that would match our vision. this could be especially hard when you are not familiar with the city, but the website was super helpful. Also we were able to text our photographer that the cruise ship was running late and ask her how far of a walk it was. She was responsive and helpful. The actual shoot itself was so fun and Tegan was amazing to work with. She listened to what we wanted and also helped us feel relaxed so that we could get some great pictures. We had a large group (10 people from 70+ to 4 years old) and she made it seem like a breeze. When the shoot was over she even recommended a place to go in the city and gave us directions- she was full service! We received our pictures within a few days and we are all thrilled at how they turned out. It could not have been a better experience.
