    You will be taken to the usually packed museum entrance, where you will meet you private tour guide and, with your "skip the line" ticket, you will skip the huge entry line and access the metal detector check.   All of our tour guides are local experts and have a deep knowledge in art and history. Al inicio todo bien, sin embargo, el tour claramente especifica que incluye la basílica, y la guía nos dijo que no incluía tour de la basílica. Después de insistirle mucho al fin accedió (de mala gana) a llevarnos a la Basílica pero nos dejó ahí y ya no nos dio tour del interior. Este es un tour privado, es un tour que no es barato, se espera que se cumplan todos los puntos especificados en el itinerario, y en este caso tuvimos que pedir varias veces algo que estaba incluido en el precio que pagamos, y no se cumplió al 100% puesto que no nos dio tour del interior de la basílica.

We had a family of 6 and were picked up promptly in our private van with plenty of space. Dropped off and our tour guide was waiting. The lines were not very long although it was busy and our tour guide kept us well informed and moving through the busy crowds. We all had a fantastic time. Only one thing was that we wanted some time to shop after but we were taken to one specific shop. I understand that there’s probably some sort of commission for this and I still bought from the store but I did not prefer it.

Tour guide was good. Moved us through the tour quickly and efficiently. Made good use of time. Time was well spent and guide was well informed on the pieces reviewed.
