We do the wine tasting on a quiet plaza in the old town of Valencia, next to the cathedral. You will taste 4 good Valencian wines: a Cava (sparkling wine), 1-2 white wines and 1-2 red wines. We only use quality wines! The wine tasting is guided by a sommelier specialised in Valencian wines, who will show you how to 'taste' wine, tell you about the wines you're tasting, the history of wines in Valencia, and you can of course ask all those questions (about wines) you always wanted to ask... Snacks of your own choice are available at the bar, and could be paired during the wine tasting. The wine tasting takes anything between 1.5 and 2 hours. We also do wine tastings for larger groups - contact me directly!

Johan was very knowledgeable and provided 4 fantastic wines, all locally sourced and different in variety. Johan's communication from the start to finish was superb, he went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. Johan provided great insider knowledge of the industry and I would highly recommend spending an afternoon or evening sitting down with him to learn about Valencian wines. We will be back!

We had a lovely evening with Johan, who was very flexible with us and gave us three lovely wines and plenty of information to go with them. We got some great recommendations that we will definitely follow up on!
