All of our private tours are led by a professional wildlife biologist. We will tour the park in a modern chevy suburban. Our goal is to view the most wildlife possible on your tour while also visiting the most ICONIC destinations in there park as well visiting many hidden locations that are off the beaten path. During our day we will see Old Faithful, Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Yellowstone Falls (308'), lots of wildlife, large waterfalls, seldom seen geysers, and two historic hotels. We will provide high end binoculars and spotting scopes for the entire group so we can view animals or geysers that are far off the road! This will be an educational experience for your family/ group yet fun and entraining at the same time. Your tour will experience the wonders of hidden Yellowstone that's awaiting around each corner of Yellowstone National Park. For lunch we will stop for an incredibly scenic picnic style lunch along the shore of Yellowstone Lake!

We can pick up at any accommodations in West Yellowstone, Big Sky, Old Faithful area, Old Faithful Inn, Gardiner, or Bozeman. if you're staying in island Park we request that you meet us in West Yellowstone at a convenient meeting spot with safe/ free parking for the entire day.

We have 6am or 7am listed as a suggested pick up time but we can pick up your group at any time that you want. For those that want to maximize your wildlife viewing experience and want to get ahead of the crowds we can start your tour as early as 5am depending on the time of year and your starting location. Just let us know what works best for your family or group.

We do not provide breakfast. Please plan ahead by making coffee in your hotel room/ lobby and pick up some fruit, yogurt, donuts, snacks, etc the night before your tour from a grocery store to eat for breakfast. You are welcome to eat our assortment of healthy snacks for breakfast to keep you full before lunch. We are now providing Starbucks instant coffee if would like coffee on your tour.

    What Makes the Grand Prismatic so Grand? Grand Prismatic Spring, located in Midway Geyser Basin, has the distinction of being the park’s largest hot spring and third largest inn the world. It measures approximately 370 feet (112.8 m) in diameter and is over 121 feet (37 m) deep. A description of this spring by fur trapper Osborne Russell in 1839 also makes it the earliest described thermal feature in Yellowstone that is definitely identifiable

What an amazing 1/2 day private tour through Yellowstone! Derek was super responsive to what we wanted to see and was a wealth of knowledge about everything inside the park. He had binoculars and took us on mini hikes to lookout points to capture amazing scenery and personal photos. If you have any pals to visit Yellowstone with family/friends look no further than Yellowstone Adventure Tours! Your expectations will be exceeded!

We had an amazing 2 day private tour with Andrae in 9/2022. He contacted us days before to get an idea of what we liked and our hiking abilities. He then customized both days. We saw so much more than we could have on our own. He was in contact with other guides who alerted him to some grizzly movements so off we went to see them. Plus his knowledge and enthusiasm was beyond expectations. He was a pleasure to be with for 2 days.

Amazing, amazing trip!! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable of the park areas, various wildlife and the best locations to spot them. We learned so much! He went out of his way to give us the best experience and succeeded! Would HIGHLY recommend their services!!
