Our trip was canceled and we were told we would get a complete refund from the gentleman. He said he had sent you all an email explaining that.

Operator was a no show and Viator did not respond to request for refund. Still disputing charge with CC. Next time will use Lady Grace for lesson.

Operator was a no show. Tried to call and email. If activity was cancelled, operator did not notify me. Have initiated a hold on my payment with CC
