We arrived for my girls trip on July 24th and Ms. Ann. Picked us up at the airport.she was on time and greeted us with the biggest smile and hugs welcoming us back home.I have used their services with them many times.They loaded our luggage and we were on our way to club med. The van is comfortable and air conditioning.mrs ann was so friendly and great conversation. We also went to conch shack and Thursday night fish fry with them! It was a blast. Leo picked us up from hotel back to airport, he was also so welcoming and we loved seeing him again and had more amazing conversation. Thank you for having this wonderful family professional business that you are running so well. We look foward to seeing you again soon!

My experience, unfortunately, was far from what I expected based on the claims made on your platform.
Upon arrival at the airport, the driver assigned to us was exceptionally rude and unhelpful. Instead of providing assistance, he seemed indifferent and made no effort to make our journey comfortable. To make matters worse, we were expected to use our own phone as a GPS. This is hardly the level of service I anticipated from a professional company.
Your service boasts about taking passengers to a super market en route to their destination. While the driver did stop at a grocery store, he came inside and rushed us, making the entire experience stressful rather than convenient.
The most concerning part of the trip occurred when we were looking for our villa. As we were on the phone with the Villa asking for directions, the driver turned off the van, leaving us in the sweltering heat of Turks and Caicos. This was not only uncomfortable but also unacceptable.
I am deeply disappointed with the level of service provided and believe that a full refund is warranted given the numerous issues we encountered. I also urge you to take appropriate measures to ensure that future customers do not experience similar problems.
