Left us stranded at the airport and when we finally called their office and a guy showed up an hour later he wanted to take a family of 10 that just got off their flight and was in the back of the line to earn a bigger tip. When we tried to talk to the driver about this, he got rude and the people working on the drive tried to tell him he was wrong as well but he didnt care. Find someone more professional.

HORRIBLE DO NOT USE! No instructions to ask for a dispatcher, no communication when messages for help with no phone number. Sent a messages asking for instructions with no response. Had to call off of a number in the picture to a number no longer in service. Received a call from a rude man who hung up me after he told me I’m suppose to know to talk to a dispatcher. After 15 minutes (on call log) called the random number back who proceeded to say that my call log was lying and it had been only 5 minutes and I’m on vacation so I can wait. The ridiculous price included cold drinks of which none were provided. I was told it was because I didn’t ask for them and was suppose to know to ask for what’s included. I then found out the driver who was sent was not with the company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I travel all over the world and have NEVER been treated so horribly. I’m traveling with my children and friend. WORST SERVICE! I never complain on Viator…. But this experience warranted the review for others traveling with families especially.

It is a bit chaotic getting through customs and the area outside the airport in Providenciales, TCI. We have a large family and lots of baggage. Leonard was professional, helpful, polite, and ready to get us out of the airport and onto vacation.
