Amazing staff .took excellent care of us my first time on the water on a jet ski and I felt safe. Our guide I I was amazing.. definitely I must do when in Turks and Caicos

During the time I went there was a Hurricane and a lot of the water activities were cancelled. On the morning of my scheduled excursion, I received a text from Rajhan stating that they were closed due to the hurricane and will be issuing me a refund since I will not be able to attend any other day. I was told on multiple occasions that I would be refunded, but I never did. I contacted disputes, went to my Credit card company and filed a dispute, sent countless e-mails, and the response I got was "it will be refunded tomorrow even by David, nothing. I never got refunded and they stopped responding to my e-mails. Very unprofessional and quite disappointing that this still has not been resolved. I would not attend or refer any of my friends to book an excursion with them since tropical hurricanes are unpredictable and this company does not follow their policy or have the due diligence to issue refunds when appropriate.

We never went. They never responded for a pick up time. Do not book with them you will be wasting your money
