Departure Information: It is important to call us 24 hours before leaving the island to confirm your pick-up time.

  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

I paid in advance for a round trip transfer, but never received what I paid for. Our originating flight was delayed and we missed our connection. I tried to contact the company via email as instructed, but never received a reply. I had to book/pay for another round trip transfer with a different company. Terrible experience and don’t recommend.
