The description = VAN. The photo shows a VAN. The car that picked us up - not a VAN. If I were with kids under the age of 16 - no big deal climbing to the back of an SUV. But I am not with kids, and adults over the age of 50 struggle to get in and out of the 3rd row. The company providing the service apparently has no vans, or at least was unable to accommodate either ride to or from the airport. We would have picked another option if we were told honestly of the type of vehcle.

Unprofessional and did not try to solve the problem. Left us without a ride. Everything was confirmed prior to and they did not honor.

Excellent and timely service. Driver was on time and very friendly. We booked a round trip package - easy to book online. Also happy to be able to reach an actual person when we had to confirm our return trip to the airport the day before departure. Return transfer to airport was just as great. I would absolutely book again!
