Company was 25 minutes late picking us up at airport and only showed up after multiple calls. Return trip was no better, called Leonard multiple times, emailed office, even had hotel call to confirm a pick up time the day before scheduled pick up, No response. Only after filing for a refund did the company respond. Evidently majestic doesn’t have a very good reputation on Turks

Our trip was AMAZING. Mrs. Ann picked us up and took such good care of our group. She was friendly and courteous. She made us feel so welcome like we were family! She was on time and made sure we got to the airport on time. Her overall spirit, was Beautiful, Calm & Welcoming. If you are ever in Turks and need transportation , please call majestic tours ( you will not be disappointed) I pray you get Mrs. Ann to drive you from & to the airport. We miss Turks & Caicos already. Thank you Majestic Tours/ Mrs. Ann for taking good care of us on our first trip to Turks & for providing great service! We will be returning soon!
