We booked this to make things easier in our group. However, Communication was lacking- I had to reach out the night before our trip to get details on how we find them at the airport, what ticket we need etc. The worst part was the return home. We still received no information. I messaged the company to ask what time we’d be picked up to go to the airport. No response, I messaged there times. Still no response at 8am our day of departure. Finally we had to have the front desk staff call to make sure someone was coming. Very poor communication and customer service. Added stress!

Service was so professional, the truck was clean and everything was exactly as scheduled including the booster set the baby seat the timing and all the help with the luggages ???????? Thank you so much to Majestic to make our arrival feel so easy and comfortable ????
