  • Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
  • Note: there is an extra USD $5.00 charge to transport golf bags
  • Transfer is wheelchair-accessible, but if assistance is required, passenger must provide their own carer
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
  • For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
  • Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
  • Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

Our transportation did not come. Police asked the airport worker to call and majestic taxi said they were never made aware we had a pick up arranged with them. Wifi sucks so we wont be able to call for our refund until we get back home. The shared taxi from the airport also was cheaper. Deal directly with the taxis.

My wife and I were picked up promptly from the airport and taken to our villa near Coco Bistro. We also were picked up twice to travel to Hemingway's at The Sands resort and picked up at 5;45 am for our return flight. Leonard and Antoinette were always gracious, helpful with luggage and getting out of the van, and informative about island life and it's history. We will use them again!
