Austin from Austin, Texas :) is an amazing guide, he thoroughly knows MIT, its history and buildings, and can show you some cool stuff whether you are interested in STEM or humanities. An asset to the company and a joy to do the tour with!

I had a disable family member with myself so Uber showed up 15 minutes late i messaged the tour coordinator informed that i will be late around 15 minutes but no answer , so could i Please request my money back ? it was totally out of my control since we were new to Boston and its uber
