Booking fee
The booking fee includes the costs of booking your tickets such as charges for payment processing. It also covers the provision of our customer care center for processing your order, and all charges imposed by our suppliers.

The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions
Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable
You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
Any changes made less than 24 hours before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.

The actual transfer to the airport was fine but we had an issue with the local coordinator deciding unilaterally to change the pick-up time. Someone else decided what time we wanted to go to the airport, not asking us if the change was OK. We had to speak to the office to have the time changed back to the time we originally requested. An annoying glitch to our arrangements.

Worst experience I have ever had with a pick-up. I was making connections from another between two flights and i had to change the second one because of delays -- I reach out by e-mail -- 3 times -- since I could not get a phone connection in that area of Argentina - got a response -- one saying the got the changes and the second confirmed the new details but low and behold -- when I arrived at the airport --NO DRIVER -- Another travel who had a driver allowed us to use his phone to call the emergency number -- it took 5 calls until we got someone --they gave me no reasons but finally said they would send someone -- since I had paid 60 for this I waited -- it took an hour before someone showed up and took me to my hotel --
I would never use this company again -- if the other travel and her driver had not helped I could still be standing waiting for a way to the hotel. This is a small airport with not much of anything in the way of help. Be careful they are not reliable.
We always double-check the availability with our local partners for each booking. Even though this is usually a swift process, it can take up to 24 hours. Once this process is completed you will receive your voucher or ticket by email. If our local partner is not able to confirm your booking we will offer you the best possible alternative. If the new date and/or time doesn’t fit your itinerary, we will reimburse the full amount paid.
