No one answered my messages. No one picked me up at the airport. Avoid this vendor at all costs. Horrible experience.

This was the worst booking experience I have ever made. It was impossible to find the driver/ride, so I ended up purchasing another service to get to my resort after 30 minutes of running around. It was a complete waste of money and I am still pushing for a refund since I was stranded and unable to use the service.

My driver never showed up and never replied to any of my messages. I had to find alternative travel options.
