I booked an airport transfer from Ciabo Airport to Viva Wyndham V Heavens and the provider on your website refuses to honor the price and called me asking for mor money. Disgusting!! I won’t do business with them, Viator or Trip Advisor sir supporting such dishonest business practices

I traveled to Puerto Plata with friends earlier this year, and Rigo took AMAZING care of us. We made arrangements with him and communicated via text and phone. He was on time and on point every, single time, and honestly was a highlight of a great trip. From picking us up at the airport to providing us with local info and current events, to making suggestions on where to eat and what to see, he was personable, friendly, and trustworthy. His van is very clean, he was absolutely professional, and he is so dependable. We were strangers in a place we weren't familiar with, and we felt very well taken care of. He even made a GREAT suggestion for date night. Can't recommend Rigo enough. If you are going to Puerto Plata, call Rigo!

Great communication, and was very informative. Had plenty of drinks for us and provides us a place for food.
