Very professional, I booked with Rigo on line last year for our family vacation to DR in Puerto Plata, not even knowing what to expect, But Rigo's professionalism and courtesy exceeded our family's expectations. Nice, clean, presidential looking vehicle, free WiFi on the vehicle. Speaks Spanish and perfect English. Rigo knows all of the great places you want to be at as a tourist. Very honest too. If he can not help you in something, he directs you to the right person to help you. You can't go wrong booking with Rigo, for all of your needs during your vacation stay on DR.

Our flight was delayed four different times! Every time I contacted Rigo/Lionel they were always friendly and willing to pick us up even if it meant the middle of the night. When we came out the airport doors after flying for six hours during the night, Lionel was easily visible and quickly took us to our hotel. I appreciated his quick responses so I didn’t have to worry about whether or not he would be there. I would hire him again in a heartbeat!
