The lack of transparency is the main issue and the reason why I do not give it a high rating.
We are made to believe we are going to spend three hours exploring the forest while we walk only about 30 minutes in total, and the rest of the time is spent jumping into a natural pool. So there is little exploration of the El Junque forest, which was disappointing.
Secondly, the lunch place is extremely slow at serving - lunch happens around 2pm, and people from our group waited from 45 mins to 2 hours to be served. so it is much better to bring your own lunch, because your options will be very limited otherwise.
The kayak tour of the bio bay is mostly a kayaking tour, which is pleasant but physically challenging, even for fit people.
So all in all, it is not that the tour is bad in itself because you won't get bored. But it is not portrayed correctly, and in that sense borderline unethical.
